Currently hiring Heavy Equipment Operators experienced in earth moving in Pascagoula,MS for a company that handles demolition and disaster work. You must have proven experience operating a 360 excavator.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional overtime or weekends.

Duration: 4-6 months

Job Overview: The perfect candidate has experience with multiple sizes of excavators and has experience working on civil construction job sites as well as demolition sites. This person must also be comfortable and preferably have experience working around live utilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Able to always work safely and efficiently.

· Operate various heavy equipment safely.

· Perform pre-usage inspections of equipment to ensure the machine is up to operating standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating Excavators is required

· Previous experience operating around live utilities/underground utilities

· Able to always work safely and efficiently.

· Experience and knowledge of various heavy equipment operations and procedures.

· Willing to perform pre-usage inspections of equipment to ensure the machine is up to operating standards.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Reliable transportation to get to work on time and every day scheduled.

· Ability to function in a team setting working with other operators to fulfill the sites' needs.

· Must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background, and physical prior to starting work

· TWIC is preferred but not required.
